  1. We declare that this invoice shows the actual price of the goods described and that all particular are true and correct.
  2. All the disputes are subject to Burdwan Jurisdiction.
  3. We are not liable for any Loss/Damage of goods in after Sold.
  4. The Diamonds herein invoiced/on memo are exclusively origin and untreated based on personal knowledge and / or written guarantees provided by the supplier of this Diamonds.
  5. Minimum 70% of the estimated order value is required to be deposited as advance for placing of order and to fix gold and diamond rates, otherwise rate higher on order date or delivery date will be charged.
  6. Order estimated may vary up to 10% to 15%.
  7. on order cancellation making charge will be borne by the customer and same amount would be deducted from advance deposit.
  8. Customer can return the product unused and same conditions as receive within 2 working days from the date of delivery, get refund without any deduction.
  9. Goods will not be accepted as sales return if any kind of losses, Damage, Breakage or wear & tear of jewelry.
  10. For any kind of buy back jewelry, Original Tax Invoice copy is mandatory or in absence of original invoice, valuation made by the company, according to their own expertise, will be final, on or after acceptance of customer and cannot further challenge in future.
  11. On buyback jewelry chacking and confirmation from our valuation expert in mendatory.
    This suually takes 2 to 6 working days.
  12. Under buyback policy, customer shall pay the rate of gold of the prevailing sales rate applicable on the day.
  13. Gold rate will be calculated as per the prevailing sate rate and applicable of that day, when customer has purchase new jewelry under buyback policy.
  14. On buyback 3% of Gold value might be deducted as melting loss.
  15. While valuation of Diamond 15% to 20% of the current value will be deducted at the time of buyback.
  16. After size of 0.90ct solitaire piece diamond non-returnable. (only for single piece).
  17. Diamond price may change based on the international rates and the company decision.
  18. Certification of jewelry will be provided on requisition/demand and charges will be borne by customer.
  19. Terms & Conditions can be changed or modified at any time at the sole Discretion of the company.
